Public procurement, done right.
F-Gov is the company that contracts, invoices and answers for MAIA in the public sector. There are two products, one for the institution and one for the person in office, and a procurement path for each case.
MAIA Institutional
Legislative House, city hall, department or agency. Official profiles and the voluntary, recorded participation of civil servants and citizens, with informative content only and listening through aggregated indicators.
MAIA Office
Legislator, mayor or secretary. The office and the mandate's volunteer network, with people's requests arriving with a name so they can be answered.

The agency publishes the tender. We provide a model terms of reference to support the technical team.
- Price registration record
Joining a price registration record (ata de registro de preços), when a compatible one is in force. Ask about availability.
- Office budget
For legislative mandates, hiring through the office itself, according to each House's rules.

What is MAIA?
It is the application of MultiplierApp technology for government. From a single upload, your Reels and Shorts are distributed at the same time on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, multiplying audience, engagement and results — with management and multiplication of your network on WhatsApp.
What does the platform do in practice?
Publishing Reels and Shorts to the main networks from a single upload; managing and multiplying your network on WhatsApp; organizing communication for the network's maximum potential; and continuous communication diagnostics, with review of posts and interactions.
How many social networks can I connect?
As many as you want. Registering social networks is free and unlimited; each person in the network registers their own accounts inside the platform.
Do I need any specific equipment or software?
No. The platform runs in the browser, on any device with internet access — computer, tablet or phone.
How does a public agency hire MAIA?
Through a public tender (pregão), with a model terms of reference we provide to support the technical team; by joining a price registration record (ata de registro de preços), when a compatible one is in force; or, for legislative mandates, through the office itself, according to each House's rules. The contract is signed with F-Gov.
Does F-Gov provide technical capability certificates?
Yes. Technical capability certificates and qualification documents are available on request to our sales team.
Does MAIA promote officials or civil servants?
Not in institutional communication. MAIA Institutional works only with informative content and with the voluntary, recorded participation of civil servants and citizens, respecting impersonality. Promoting the work of a mandate is the role of MAIA Office, hired by the office itself.
